SUMMER YOGA LESSONS OUTDOORS!

"Mindfulness means paying attention specifically: intentionally, in the present moment and without judgment."

It means entering the here and now.

Mindfulness allows us to understand that thoughts come and go, that thoughts are only thoughts, and we are not our thoughts. Awareness allows us to grasp our patterns

negative thoughts before they overwhelm us and suck us into a downward spiral. It gives us back control of our life.

We often identify ourselves in the limiting image of our body

suffering, old or sick, without verifying whether the limits we have set ourselves are always real and valid. We give up a priori opportunities that can actually increase our well-being.

This vision can lead us to inactivity, to inertia and to neglect our body. We assume a sick attitude, around which we make our whole life revolve and which conditions all daily activities.

Without minimal activity, such as bending over, bending over, rotating, the body atrophies and loses most of its capacity and muscle mass, even in a completely healthy subject.

Mindfulness yoga practice is a moving meditation that also represents an opportunity to gradually return to using your body, if we have neglected it over time, for one reason or another.

The term YOGA derives from a Sanskrit root which means "to unite", union of mind and body, in its experience of wholeness. Yoga is indeed an excellent way to bring mindfulness into the moving body. Through the movement of yoga practiced in full awareness, we learn to approach our limits, to explore their boundaries, without ever crossing them. We learn to be patient and accept our body in the present moment.

Every Wednesday and Friday morning we meet to experience this practice in the version from the ground and standing at Le Village SPA, Grand Palais Excelsior Via Roma 9, Limone Piemonte (CN) from 9.00 to 10.00.

We will continue throughout the month of August integrating to follow breathing practices and other Mindfulness techniques.

Comfortable clothing, your own towel on which to lie down

(mats available), a bottle of water and a light cover for the final integration phase.
